Short version: we use what you give us to respond to you and deliver the service. Nothing more.
Who we are

What we collect
When you contact us or book a call: your name, business name, email, phone and the details you give us about your trade and area. When you become a client: the information needed to represent you — insurance, accreditations and related documents — and, for buyers, your requirements.
Why, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry — our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
- To deliver the service — performance of our contract with you.
- To share your fact sheet with buyers — with your agreement as part of the service.
- To tell you about related services (e.g. accounting, websites) — you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Principal contractors and frameworks we introduce you to (contractors only, as part of the service); providers we use to run the business — e.g. proposal and payment software, email tools — under contract; and no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 12 months if you don’t become a client. Client records: for the length of the contract and up to 6 years after for legal and accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@silverstone.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
