Why is it a 12-month plan?
Because the expensive, front-loaded work — getting you approved with a bigger buyer — happens in the first three months, and the benefit to you keeps building after that. The 12-month plan is what lets us do that work at £399 a month. The 90-day guarantee is there so you're never locked in to something that hasn't delivered.
What does "onboarded" actually mean?
Approved as a supplier with a principal contractor or FM framework — on their list and able to be given work. It doesn't mean a guaranteed job value; what you win from there depends on your quotes and your work.
What if you don't onboard me in 90 days?
You cancel and owe nothing further. Simple as that.
What does "from £399" mean — is there a catch?
The core plan is £399 a month, full stop. "From" is because add-ons like accounting, a website or admin support are priced separately if you choose them. You don't need any of them to be on the core plan.
How do I pay?
Monthly by direct debit, set up when you accept the proposal. You'll get the proposal, terms and payment set-up in one link after your call.
Do you guarantee a certain amount of work?
